Returns & Exchanges

Faulty Goods

We will, as per Australian Consumer Law, offer you a replacement, credit or refund where products have major failure, such as:
  • When it is faulty
  • Wrongly described
  • Different from a sample shown to you; or
  • Does not do what it is supposed to do
We will require a copy of your receipt or other proof of purchase to facilitate the return.
Change of Mind
Whilst we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, we want you to be satisfied with our goods and services . If you wish to return and item because you have changed your mind, Cairns Camping Specialists will offer you an exchange or refund provided that:
  • you return the item within 30 days of purchase;
  • You produce your original Cairns Camping Specialist register receipt, online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase at the time you return the item;
  • The item must not have been used or damaged in any way including that;
    • It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories
    • It is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition
    • The product is not one on which a change of mind return is not available
 
Cairns Camping Specialists will not accept the return of the following items under the change of mind returns policy under any circumstance.
  • Ropes & cords
  • Carabineers and connectors
  • Airbeds
  • Special customer orders
  • Clearance items
  • Gift Cards
Please note for change of mind returns, the purchaser is responsible for all return and delivery costs associated with the exchange.
